The facade of this house is one of the main reasons we chose this housing complex. Simple, minimalist, but still unique — very typical of the architect, Andra Matin. Because this facade has become the developer's signature, we couldn't and didn't want to change anything on the front. What we did was just add a few small things to keep it functional, such as a smart lock door, ornamental plants, and floor decking for access to the maid's room at the front.
