Management method First of all, since it is thickly coated with 8 layers of lacquer, discoloration and odor transfer are much less than other products, and the surface is smooth and waterproof, so it is easy to clean. I wiped it with a soft sponge, and since it is a wood product, I wiped the moisture and dried it as instructed in the precautions. It says not to use a dishwasher, so I think you can just wipe it and dry it. It was not difficult to clean because the coating was good! I tried a regular stainless steel tong and a wood product, but when I used a stainless steel tong, even if I used it carefully, there were always scratches, but since wood products do not scratch, I think I will continue to use wood products.
