My favorite AMT saute pan these days🤍 I was using an AMT before, and I was so satisfied that I decided on the next items to buy. This saute pan was one of them! I hadn't used a stainless steel pan, so I just put it in my shopping cart, but I finally found it🤍 First of all, it's made of 316Ti stainless steel and has a thick 5-ply structure, so its heat conductivity is really good👍🏼 316Ti is a new material that adds titanium to 316 stainless steel and is said to have excellent durability and corrosion resistance. It's also said to be used for implants and artificial joints, so it's a material that you can really trust for your health. In particular, the saute pan is characterized by its deep depth, so it can be used for various steaming and soup dishes in addition to the pan's function. I made pasta for 3 people, kimchi stew, and curry with lots of ingredients, and even grilled 600g of pork belly♥️ Thanks to the height of the pan, the oil doesn't splatter much, so I highly recommend it for grilling meat! There are also scales on the inner side, so it's easy to estimate the amount of water, etc. when cooking👍🏼 For those who were afraid of using a stainless steel pan, be sure to try the 5-ply for the first time🤍 After preheating, it maintains the heat for a long time, so it doesn't burn or stick, and the food tastes really good!
