I bought an egg pan because I wanted to make round shapes when making minari pancakes. I really liked them because they were so cute and round. [Minari Pancakes] Wash the minari and cut them into finger-length pieces. Add half a cup of frying powder, an equal amount of water, and 1 spoon of soy sauce. I added sliced bacon that was left at home because minari goes well with pork. Now, mix until you can't see any flour, and you're done. It tastes better when there's almost no batter. The minari doesn't look like it's stuck, but it actually sticks when you fry it. Pour a generous amount of oil into the pan and put an appropriate amount of batter on it. Wrap it around the batter once more. And when one side is cooked enough, flip it over and you're done.
