#오홈스토랑 I thought of sesame oil buckwheat noodles after a long time, so I whipped up a bowl :) I think I crave noodles more than rice as summer approaches🤎 📝 1. Boil buckwheat noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes and rinse with cold water. 2. Fry egg custard and cool it down, then cut into bite-sized pieces. 3. Add 2 spoons of tsuyu, 2 spoons of sesame oil, 1 spoon of shiokonbu, and a little minced garlic to the buckwheat noodles and mix well. 4. Put the noodles in a plate, sprinkle with tomato, egg, and ground sesame seeds, and top with finely chopped green onions. Done :) The seasoning is really simple, right?? I added shiokonbu that I bought at the mart when I went to Japan last time, and it went soooooo well!!
