These days, matcha is popular among the American MZ generation…?!! I am very sensitive to caffeine, so I don’t drink any coffee-related beverages, so the drinks I can drink are limited. So I drank a lot of tea. It just felt like water, so I felt empty… I was looking for a drink that was a bit heavier and had more presence, but healthy (very important), and I started drinking matcha about 3 years ago. Then I recently found out about Glossy Matcha, and tried Ceremonial Matcha. It has a rich flavor that makes me want to keep reaching for it. (I made 2 cups on Saturday..) I don’t have a tea set yet, so I stir the matcha with a narrow spoon, and it dissolves better than I thought because the particles are fine!
