Add milk and butter, add one vanilla bean with seeds and peel, and heat over medium heat while melting the butter. (Before boiling, heat to 80 degrees!) 2. Beat eggs in a bowl, add sugar, and mix gently. Add Bacardi and mix gently. (Mix lightly only) 3. Sift cake flour in two batches Mix smoothly with a whisk.
