[Invitation to Alice's Summer Table 🌿 Summer Cooking Part 1 - Homemade Agaebitashi & Tonkatsu] 🍽✨ Do you remember? Last time, I bought that shiny glass bowl with my 'first income' ✨ When I first opened it, it felt like Alice was looking into a glass bottle. It wasn't "Drink me", but somehow it felt like it would contain something cool and fantastic... 💫 Finally, today! I made them debut as the main characters of the first summer cooking part 🍆 Today's menu is Agaebitashi and Tonkatsu. 🍴🍖 But... this is actually... Homemade Agaebitashi! 😅 Originally, Agaebitashi is a dish where various vegetables are lightly fried, dipped in a rich tsuyu broth, and cooled, but I don't have a fryer, I don't have time, and I want to eat it... 🕒 So! Fry in oil to give it a little crispiness, and dip it in the tsuyu for cold soba from the market! 🥢 Let it rest in the refrigerator for a while and your homemade agebitashi is done! 🧊 I put eggplant, zucchini, paprika, and cherry tomatoes on top in various colors, and lightly put cold soba underneath. 🌶️🍅 The combination of noodles and vegetables in a cool broth is strangely addictive *“the taste of summer”* 🌞 Add crispy fried pork cutlet to it, and oh, this is just a summer picnic plate...✨ #Alice in Wonderland #앨리스인테리어 #맞팔 #맞팔환영 #주말이제일바빠 #일상기록 #오홈스토랑 #아게비타시 #여름요리 #미노항코리아 #키친크로스 #찾았다오집템 #셀프인테리어 #원룸인테리어 #오피스텔인테리어 #콘스푸기록 #바이너리키친 #인소일 #내돈내산 #내돈내산추천템 #홈스토랑
