How to drink a lot of water, brew delicious barley tea🤎 I brew and drink tea with barley and roasted corn every day. The barley and corn are Frauher products, and they are so fragrant and sweet that I keep them for the nth time. I always mix them a little bit on the wooden shelf in the kitchen and take them out, and store the rest in a Silicook square storage container in the freezer. I don't use a separate tea strainer, but I boil a spoonful of corn and barley in water and then strain it with a tea strainer when pouring it into a bottle. It's nice because it reduces the annoying dishwashing and there are no microplastics that I worry about when drinking with tea bags. I usually use my multi-pot for barley tea.
