#오홈스토랑 Last summer, while traveling to Namhae, I ate #멸치쌈밥 at Jaedu Restaurant, which was so delicious, and I kept thinking about it, but there weren't many restaurants that serve anchovy ssam bap, so I went to Pangyo and found one, but it wasn't satisfying. So I made it myself!!!!! I used the cabbage doenjang soup I made the day before as a broth base, put onions, added kimchi from 2020, and made a seasoning sauce with gochujang, soy sauce, red pepper powder, ginger, and minced garlic. Sizzling! When boiling, I took out my precious #휘슬러 #솔라임 #냄비! I took out the burner and kept boiling it while eating. That way, it's hot and doesn't smell fishy and tastes better.
