I put it in the Kimchi refrigerator and it froze after ten days ㅋㅋ I couldn't do it anymore, so I made Donggeurang-ttang with minced meat.. I put the front leg meat in and made kimchi stew.. I made it with Ryu Soo-young's recipe and it's so delicious~~~My family, both adults and children, refilled and ate and ate again and again... I made Donggeurang-ttang with a pound of meat and ate it all ㅋ The man outside also brought out makgeolli and had a glass~ I don't put tofu in Donggeurang-ttang..I just put in minced meat, onion, carrot, and pumpkin, two spoons of flour, two eggs, salt and pepper~I mixed it roughly so that it wasn't bland, and made it into a round shape with two spoons. I'm sorry.. My family likes it better without tofu~^^ But after I finished preparing everything, I noticed that there was rice that wasn't cooked ㅠ That's cooked rice ㅋㅋㅋ It's just dinner.. but since everyone's meal times are different, I prepared three servings today~🤣🤣
