Today's daily routine 🌱 I visited a famous fermented bread shop in the neighborhood! It's only open on Fridays and Saturdays, and the popular breads sell out quickly, so I have to run there right away! Since Wood-nim visited before, I decided to go this week too🤍 I'm trying to eat food that suits my constitution these days. Today's menu is sourdough and egg in hell! I have a cold body, so fermented bread that doesn't put a strain on my stomach goes well with me, and tomatoes go well with me! So it's the best menu 😆 On the other hand, my husband has a hot body, so our constitution is the opposite,, so I have to pay more attention, but I'm going to try little by little. My mom got a lot of help with her health from the constitutional diet, so I got a constitutional test, and I'm finally going to pay attention now😅 I'm going to go do some housework that's piled up now.
