How to use leftover Greek yogurt! #계란샌드위치 🤭 I had a lot of homemade Greek yogurt, so I tried using it instead of mayonnaise in an egg sandwich! It was more delicious than I thoughtㅎㅎ It wasn't seasoned, so I added a little more salt! After hard-boiling 6 eggs, mash them with a fork, add 2 spoons of Greek yogurt, 1 spoon of honey mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix. Apply cream cheese on half of the bread, then add the egg, and you're done! The lettuce grew so well in the oven..ㅎㅎ I put lettuce in it and it was delicious!
