I think visuals are important, so I plate it to look generous and trick my brain😎 If you chop the romaine and tear the chicken breast into small pieces and put them on, it becomes much more voluminous than I thought..!! I was surprised. It looks like a lot ㅋㅋㅋ If you chew each bite more than 10 times and eat it for a long time, you'll be fuller than you thought....
