The weather is so nice these days~~🫢🧺🪴Last weekend, the sky was clear and the wind was blowing nicely, so I went to the coffee festival on the mountain in front and I spread out a camping chair and ate sushi! It was too bad to just stay at home!!😎 The weather is nice today like yesterday Urgent! I was craving toast, so I quickly made it with ingredients I had at home Savory and fragrant arugula, flavorful ham, and salty, melted Colby Jack cheese🧀 The flavorful ingredients are all mixed together between the crispy sourdough, so it's perfect with coffee~~ ▫️Ingredients2 sheets of sourdough, ham, wild arugula, Colby Jack ▫️ArugulaWhite wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper ▫️SauceMayonnaise, whole grain mustard, honey 1. Add seasoning to the arugula and mix lightly. 2. Coat a pan with olive oil and bake the sourdough. 3. Spread the sauce on one side of the bread, put the Colby Jack on top, and bake until the cheese melts. 4.
