250523 A gathering with school seniors and juniors I met at work A hearty Korean meal for a place of harmony from 08 to 16 A challenge to make raw beef pasta that I couldn't make last time ๐Ÿ‘‡Raw beef pasta recipe๐Ÿ‘‡ - Ingredients: Pasta (egg tagliolini), raw beef, perilla leaves, sesame oil, tuna liquid, gochujang, brewed soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, pepper, sesame seeds 1. Boil the pasta noodles in salted water for 6 minutes (based on tagliolini). 2. While the noodles are cooking, thinly slice the perilla leaves and place them on one side of the bowl. 3. Make a seasoning by adding 1T gochujang, 1/2T brewed soy sauce, 1T sesame oil, 1/2T sugar, 1/2T minced garlic, a little pepper, and sesame seeds, then mix the raw beef and the sauce. 4. Add 1T of sesame oil and tuna liquid to the cooked pasta and coat the noodles. 5. Arrange the sesame leaves, pasta, and raw beef in a pretty bowl, mix well, and you're done!
