Being able to repeat your favorite routine in your favorite space seems to be a much bigger comfort than you might think. Today, I started my day with BIROSO COFFEE’s ‘Your Name’ coffee beans. The first scent that comes up with the fine grind, and the way it slowly comes down through the dripper— when the scent of coffee slowly spreads through the space, it feels like the morning is finally waking up. The transparent server on the white tiles, the neatly arranged grinder and tools, and the coffee beans meet water little by little, creating a leisurely day. Coffee is ultimately a tool that slows down and creates my own time. And this small home cafe in the kitchen is the vessel that best holds that leisurely time. As always, today, I slowly open my day with a fragrant cup. A space filled with things I like, always seems to lead me in a good direction.
