Matehouse held its last Zoom meeting and my first mini cooking class online:) It was my first time teaching someone how to cook, so I thought a lot about what kind of menu and what direction to take. Since it was online, I thought the simplest and most straightforward dish would be good, so I decided on the menu of crispy shrimp and water parsley pancake!!
