After three years of contemplation, I came down to Jeju and started living here. A week became a month, and a month became two months.. For three years, I kept going back and forth to Jeju every month, and I looked at a lot of houses every time I came. There was no house I didn't look at, from houses, villas, old houses, apartments, and even newly built houses. In the end, I rented a small house and lived there. Then, when the house on the mainland was rented out, I had to bring all my stuff here, so I rented an old house and am currently decorating it as an office, a place for friends to stay, and a short-term rental place. I'm working hard to fix, decorate, and remodel myself, hoping that it will be a cozy home for those who like Jeju like me and come to live here for a week, a month, or two months. It's still unfinished, but I took a picture today with a hanji pendant. I want to finish it quickly and invite my friends and family to the space I am preparing.
