It's all thanks to the kitchen veranda that extends to the right side of the kitchen. The photos you posted are of the wide veranda that connects to the left side of our kitchen. I boldly moved the main kitchen refrigerator and wine cellar to the wide veranda connected to the kitchen instead of the main sink. Like this, I placed the refrigerator and wine cellar on both sides of the veranda, and the washing machine & dryer and niche on the opposite sides so that they face each other, and in the hallway space between them, I custom-made a tall cabinet with a sink specialist to fit a microwave oven and appliances.
