For my first dish, I made galbijjim. I was worried that galbijjim would take longer to boil than expected and that it would stick because it contains a lot of ingredients that burn easily, but the scientifically designed lid not only cooked the meat moistly, but the entire bottom and sides were thick, so I was able to make a delicious dish without sticking! It can be used on various heat sources such as direct fire, induction, and highlight, so I think it will be used in many places. I'm a bit pickier when it comes to kitchen materials, but just like not all stainless steel pots are the same, this one is made of 316Ti, a high-quality stainless steel that's also used for medical purposes, so I can cook with peace of mind, which is really nice.
