It's been a while since I uploaded 🥲🫶 How do other people start their weekends~? I don't have much 😂 ✅ Stretching (helps circulation!) ✅ Apples & Greek yogurt on an empty stomach (lowers blood sugar, relieves constipation!) ✅ Watering plants (place them in a place with a lot of sunlight!) ✅ Drinking a cup of tea (digestion, immunity, stress relief!) I can't do all four of those things on weekday mornings because I have to go to work, but I try to do them all on the weekends:) You know that small but good habits make big changes if you do them consistently~?
