It's getting hotter and warmer, and my clothes are getting thinner.. The inevitable time has come๐Ÿซฃ I've decided to go on a diet!! Ta-da~! My goal is 3kg in 2 weeks! It's a diet, but you have to eat it deliciously to maintain it, so I'll upload a meal that's healthy + diet for 2 weeks๐Ÿ–ค I'll start the first meal with kongguksu. I used buckwheat noodles to get lower calories and dietary fiber than somen, and served it with sesame leaf tofu grilled in sesame oil and cabbage salad.
