(11th year housewife) Simple and neat seasoning compartment.🧂 The weather is getting cloudy and the rainy season is approaching. In the summer, I tend to cook simply and pay attention to cleanliness. Today, I will introduce the kitchen seasoning compartment and small tips that help with the home-cooked meals I eat every day. 1. The bottom drawer of the induction stove. It is easy to put in while cooking without getting dusty. I put consumables and room-temperature seasonings in one compartment for easy movement. 2. With frequently used consumables. It makes cooking easier if you keep things you use together like wet tissues, kitchen towels, paper foil, and gloves. I am reducing the use of disposable products for the sake of the environment. 3. Seasonings on a rotating tray. This is all for room-temperature seasonings. I use them almost as they are and only use large quantities. 4. Refrigerated seasonings in the refrigerator. I use one compartment of the refrigerator as a refrigerated seasoning compartment. Place it in the lower compartment of the refrigerator door pocket so that even children can take out and eat things like ketchup and mayonnaise themselves. 🤍Small tips ✔Use as much as possible as it is, and use only the heavy and large ones. ️✔️If there are several of the same things, label them and use them as they are. ✔️If you eat them occasionally, use a smaller capacity so you don't have to worry about the expiration date. ✔Only one of each type, and put in less seasoning and simplify. ️✔️Use quality products that suit your taste rather than the price. Simple but only the essentials. It's easy to maintain, so it's easy to organize. That way, my husband can use it too.
