A diet that takes care of both health and diet! 3rd ๐Ÿ–ค Buckwheat noodles with sesame oil and cold chicken breast! You know that buckwheat noodles are better for health and diet than somen, right?๐Ÿ˜† But I only put half the noodles in and made up for the lack with enoki mushrooms and vegetables~ Squeeze the pickled cucumbers to remove the moisture and eat them with the noodles soaked in sesame oil. They are really chewy and go really well together! I also added whole sesame seeds for more flavor. I really like this combination..๐Ÿ˜š๐Ÿ‘ It's so delicious that it doesn't really feel like a dietใ…Žใ…Žใ…Ž I cut up the leftover vegetables, put chicken breast on them, and ate it as a cold dish with a sauce made of mustard, soy sauce, and water! This was also good. I still haven't burst my mouth because I ate it so deliciously.
