#명란크림우동 Have you tried it?? I had udon noodles and myeongran at home, so I just bought whipped cream and made it. It was simple but delicious! I'll leave the recipe🤍 👩🏻‍🍳 1. Oil the pan and stir-fry 1T of minced garlic 2. Slice the onion thinly and stir-fry it together 3. Add 200~250ml of whipping cream 4. Add half of the myeongran to 1 piece 5. Boil the udon noodles (boil the water in advance) 6. Drain the slightly blanched udon noodles and pour them into the pan. 7. Stir-fry the cream and udon noodles, season with salt and pepper 8. Roll up the remaining myeongran nicely and you're done 🤍 Sprinkle parsley or red pepper powder through a sieve to make it look appetizing! It's a little greasy when you're almost done eating, but...
