This is my first time using a white induction, but it's not as difficult to maintain as it looks. ✅ The red seasoning that splashes out while cooking can be removed cleanly just by wiping it with a dishtowel after eating. ✅ If it sticks, you can remove it with the induction cleaner and scraper you received when installing it. I wiped it off right away when it splashed, and it stayed clean! In fact, because it's white, the seasoning stands out, so I ended up cleaning it more often.
