The butcher said that it's better to store it in an icebox with an ice pack instead of in the fridge, so Yesterday, I happened to have a mini icebox ㅋㅋ out, so I've been storing sweet potatoes and potatoes in it lately, and it lasts longer. So I put an ice pack and ice water in it and stored it, and I ate it for dinner. It tasted better? Maybe because we were the first customers, they gave us more, and the meat was bigger and better. Whenever we made a point card, the owner of the butcher shop changed, so we didn't make one. It's a regular place and my husband and I always go there often, so they recognize our faces and know that we don't make point cards, so they treat us better~~ My husband said it was really delicious. They served it in a brass bowl so that it was fresher. I eat it with spam tofu salad~~~ I sprinkled lemon pepper salt and seasoned it with balsamic and olive oil.
