❛No Regrets❜ Remodeling 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝟱 🪚 Spaces that are satisfying even after time has passed after remodeling, I'll share spaces that are even better after living there myself 🪄 ⠀  ➊ Front veranda 🧺 I didn't extend the veranda when I remodeled, but as time goes by, I think it was a really good choice. Considering soundproofing and insulation, not extending it was a stroke of genius! ⠀  Instead of expanding, I am using it as a home cafe space and laundry room. When I constructed the space between the veranda and the living room with an ‘ultra-slim middle door’, it is visually pretty and I like that I can close the door to divide the space, or open it wide to use it for a more open feeling. ⠀  ➋ Back veranda 🗑️ One of the reasons I chose this house is the back veranda. This space is connected to the kitchen and the entrance. ⠀  I am using it as a separate recycling space and pantry, and it looks neat and the path is convenient, so my quality of life has improved. ⠀  ⠀  ➌ Dressing room 🧥 I remodeled the space that was originally the living room into a dressing room. I wanted the living room to be a space for sleeping, so I made it a small room. I made the closet a large room so that I can store a lot of clothes. ⠀  This room used to be the living room, so there is a bathroom. I am very satisfied because all the processes of washing and getting ready before and after going out are solved in this space. The convenient path is large.
