<2 types of summer salad> Today, I made a salad with summer seasonal fruits and vegetables 🌿 •Basil oil Basil, olive oil, salt, lemon juice •Tomato basil oil salad Silky pink tomatoes, basil, basil oil, ciabatta •Yanggu melon melon salad Yanggu melon, melon, Grana Padano cheese, olive oil Lemon tumeric salt (lemon juice + salt can be substituted), pepper Tomatoes and basil go really well together 🍅🌱 I made a super-easy tomato salad with basil oil instead of basil pesto, and wow, this was so delicious! 🙉 Dip a lot of basil oil on freshly baked ciabatta and eat it with silky pink tomatoes, it's really delicious! This is my first time making melon and cantaloupe salad. Melon and cantaloupe are similar but different, right? 🤔 I added cheese, salt, pepper, and olive oil, and it turned out to be a really easy wine snack!
