However, I was much more satisfied after using it! 1. The simple design allows for free plating, and it makes the food stand out! 2. It has the right amount of weight and sturdiness,, so it survived without a single scratch, despite my lack of housekeeping skills!! 3. All 19 dishes are very useful, so there is nothing I don't use, and I use them in various ways every day!!! I think this is the most important thing!
