Scoop out the seeds from one sweet pumpkin and microwave it (about 7 minutes for one) and mash it 2. Crack one room temperature egg and add it to the cooked sweet pumpkin 3. Add about 50~80g of Greek yogurt 4. Add about one and a half to two turns of allulose 5. About three spoons of oatmeal 6. Add about 2 drops of vanilla extract 7. Mix all the ingredients well. 8. Cover with wrap and poke holes with chopsticks and turn for 12-15 minutes 9.
