๐Ÿ… Add potatoes for a filling! Ratatouille recipe Even a home-cooked meal is emotional! Today, I baked ratatouille with better texture by adding potatoes in an LG microwave oven ๐Ÿ’ก If you wrap it nicely and bake it in the oven, you can enjoy a nice plating + health at the same time. (One-pan cooking reduces dishwashing, so it kills two birds with one stone) โธป ๐Ÿ“Œ Ingredients 1 eggplant, 1 zucchini, 2 tomatoes, 1 potato, 1/2 onion, olive oil, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, herbs (thyme, rosemary, etc.), salt, pepper โธป ๐Ÿ“Œ Recipe 1๏ธโƒฃ Thinly slice eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, and potatoes, and slice onions (potatoes are especially thin!) 2๏ธโƒฃ Pour olive oil into a pan and stir-fry the onions, then add the commercial tomato sauce and boil for a while. 3๏ธโƒฃ Pour a generous amount of sauce on the bottom of an oven-safe dish, and place the sliced vegetables in layers, turning them over. (I cooked it right away in an AMT pot) 4๏ธโƒฃ Lightly drizzle olive oil, sprinkle a little more tomato sauce on top, and then add mozzarella cheese! Season with herbs, salt, and pepper. 5๏ธโƒฃ Bake in a 190 degree preheated oven for 30-35 minutes and you're done! (It varies depending on the oven, so it's good to check the condition from around 25 minutes) โธป โœ… Tip If you add potatoes, it's filling enough to be used as a substitute for rice, and the texture is chewier, so you feel full.
