#오홈스토랑 #콘수프기록 ✔️ Beef Cabbage Roll Stew I've been eating and posting chicken so often lately ㅋㅋㅋ In case you think we only eat that kind of stuff(?)... This is a feed to briefly explain that it's not true I've been eating healthily and well here and there😚 I recently ate it but I couldn't post it, so I'm posting it briefly today✨ For the first time in a while, I just rolled up the ingredients without boiling them〰️ I thought it would be difficult to make these pretty menus, but when I actually tried it, it was still awkward, but it was worth a try! I shouldn't be afraid and try them one by one from now on! I put a lot of the remaining cabbage and bean sprouts in the bottom of the pot, put the cabbage rolls on top, poured the broth, and boiled it vigorouslyㅎㅎㅎ For the cabbage rolls, I rolled them up with beef, carrots, enoki mushrooms, and burdock! I put in a lot of thick beef🤎 I used 800g of Korean beef and the meat was really generousㅋㅋㅋ I ate this as the main dish without any other side dishes, but I was pretty full because the pot was so big!!! The pot probably holds about 6-7 litersㅋㅋㅋ But I didn't give up and I finished it all, including the kalguksu noodlesㅎㅎㅎ The kalguksu was another hit because the broth was thick and melted and super delicious➰ Although we ate the kalguksu, the menu itself was very clean and the two of us were proud that we had a clean mealㅋㅋㅋ It was pretty to look at and delicious, so I thought it would be a great menu to invite guests🩶 Are you all fighting off the heat well🥹?!! I'm really weak to the heat so I live with the air conditioner on so I have to eat hot food like this sometimes.
