You don't even need a knife~ Daloplast looks like plastic, but it's food-grade material, so it's safe and heat-resistant, so you can trust it. It's also light, so I use it the most. I cleaned up a few of the silicone ones because they were torn, but I bought the Oxo silicone turner because I needed a big turner.
