Weight training in the morning and a simple but high-protein menu Air fryer salmon grill ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ 🌈Ingredients ⠀ About 150g salmon Half a small potato Sliced 2 onions Sliced 8 cherry tomatoes Sliced 4 garlics Lemon Olive oil Pepper Red pepper ⠀ ⠀ Paper foil ⠀ ⠀ ▶️Greek yogurt tartar sauce that goes well with seafood Tartar sauce, which goes well with seafood dishes, is made by adding mayonnaise and chopped vegetables. I added Greek yogurt to make salmon tartar sauce ⠀ Greek yogurt 1: Half mayonnaise 1 ratio (use 3 tablespoons each) Add chopped onion, carrot pickle, or jalapeno and mix Season with alurose, pepper, and salt. When mixed, the vegetables release moisture and the tartar sauce becomes thinner. The more vegetables you put in, the thinner it will be later.
