Even one ruffle sushi is pretty to eat💚 Let's make summery cucumber sushi💚 1. Slice the cucumber thinly with a cucumber slicer 2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt 3. Tear the crab meat, mix with 1T mayonnaise, 1/2T allulose, and a little wasabi 4. Wipe off the moisture from the salted cucumber with a paper towel 5. Add 2T vinegar, 1T sugar, and a little salt to make a sweet vinegar solution and mix while cooling the freshly cooked rice (based on 1.5~2 bowls) 6. Make the rice into balls 7. Overlap two sliced cucumbers and wrinkle one of them (the overlapping part should be a little more than half the thickness of the cucumber so that it doesn't come apart later!) 8.
