#한여름디저트 #복숭아카프레제 I've been waiting for this weekend to open the balsamic and olive oil I bought from Italy. I've been waiting, determined to make a caprese next Sunday morning~😋 Instead of tomatoes, I chopped up some peaches and added them. Just a sprinkle of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and you're done. ᐟ 🫒Giuseppe Giusti Balsamic 3 Medals When I purchased it at the Milano Linascente Food Center, I was able to sample medals 1 through 5. The 1st medal has the youngest aging period, and the 5th medal has a longer aging period. The 1st medal is thin and sour like vinegar, while the 5th medal is thick and sweet, like honey. (And the price, lol.) After the 3rd medal, the flavor didn't change much for the price, and I liked the 3rd medal, so I bought the 3rd. The 3 Medal has a moderately thick consistency, and the balsamic glaze is perfect for drizzling over fruit, making it a perfect match for salads. The initial aroma is raisin-like, with a bittersweet aftertaste! 🫒Laudemio Olive Oil I regret not bringing olive oil with me, but I was too lazy to search for it, so I did a quick search and found Song Joong-ki's oil, so I just bought it. It wasn't as pricey as Giuseppe Giusti's. It's fragrant and great for eating raw.
