I'm introducing my house that's been around for half a year, although it's not special, and is slowly being filled according to my taste. :) I don't have many pictures taken under the pretext of work, so I'm going to look back on the past to reminisce! The order of the pictures is 1. House structure 2. Before 3. Semi-self process 4. After organizing In fact, there are many more things now, but I kept putting them off and didn't take pictures... … 🥲 🍀🌳🍀🌳 I'm a self-employed person who runs a personal studio. I did all the interior design for my workspace, so I wanted to touch my house. But the house is too difficult.. So I did a semi-self interior with a budget of about 5.5 million won :) ☘️ Since I set the budget as low as possible, the most important things I considered when looking at houses were: 1. A house that was used cleanly and had been occupied for less than 4 years 2. A house with few family members 3. The sink would be a sheet, so it wouldn't be too old 4. Facing south or southwest 5. Two rooms That's about it. I looked at houses steadily for about a year, and I think I've been around most of the Suwon neighborhoods. I was getting bored, but luckily, I found this house near the end! ☘️ After that, I thought about a semi-self interior while looking at houses. Things to solve with a low budget 1. Painting 2. Flooring 3. Sheet (entrance/shoe rack/veranda rack/sash/sink) 4. Middle door 5. Sash silicone addition 6. Mop holder construction 7. Bathroom -> Replace all the interior except tiles 8. Replace unexpected small room wall insulation ☘️ I only used <Carrot> for bathroom construction workers, and contacted <Soomgo> for everything! Since Soomgo has clear advantages and disadvantages, I met the workers at home to get estimates, and signed a contract with those I had a good conversation with! Semi-self can save money, but since I didn't contract with an interior company, I had to be careful about everything, so it was tiring..^^ Anyway, other than what I listed above, I did <curtain installation/light installation/door+molding painting> myself..ㅎㅎ That's why I put myself in the middle of the picture🫣 I still have more to fill in, so I'll take another picture when it's done!! I kept putting it off, so I didn't have any recent pictures.. I thought it would overlap with my feed if I just uploaded pictures, so what should I write?
