Today's Ningcafe menu is!!! Creme Brûlée made without a torch🤎 Ingredients: 3 egg yolks, vanilla ice cream, sugar, and water! 1. Mix only the egg yolks and ice cream over low heat until thick! 2. Pour into a bowl, wrap in plastic wrap, and cool for about 3 hours 3. Add 4 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of water and microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds! 4. Pour in the finished syrup and you're done!! I only cooled it for 1 hour and it didn't break apart into a crispy crust haha I'm going to try again!!!!
