I always try to keep my kitchen neat and tidy. I like the kitchen to feel warm and cozy, as if delicious food will be prepared in no time, so it is closer to a maximal kitchen than a minimal kitchen with nothing on the sink. However, I try to keep it neat by giving each item a place and making sure it is always in its place so that I can start working comfortably whenever I start. Since there is no dishwasher in the narrow kitchen, I had a hard time deciding where to place the dish drying rack to dry the dishes after washing them. If I put the dish drying rack in the middle of the sink, the kitchen would look stuffy and there would be less cooking space. After much thought, I came up with the solution of using a trolley!
