In a big twist, I was so thankful that I advanced to the second stage and completed the mission Actually, I'm a foodie who likes to eat delicious food with my husband rather than like to cook well, so I'm really embarrassed to even be posting something like this,,, but I dared to do the challenge🥹🙏🏻 After thinking for a long time about what kind of dish would be my own unique dish that breaks the mold for the second stage, I thought I'd try making a spicy and sweet stir-fry of my favorite golbaengi instead of a stir-fried dish! Instead of squid, stir-fried golbaengi that is chewier and doesn't have any moisture➰ If you stir-fry squid incorrectly, it can become tough or watery, but if you use canned golbaengi, you don't have to worry about that, and it was chewy and delicious, and it actually was! So I added my favorite mushrooms without worrying about moisture! Put oil in a pan and stir-fry minced garlic and onion, then add mushrooms, golbaengi, and seasoning sauce, stir-fry a little more, and then add water parsley! Then drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds〰️ When I put it on warm rice, the chewy golbaengi and the sweet and spicy seasoning with the water parsley flavor went really well togetherㅎㅎㅎ Why didn't I think of this before! It's also great as a side dish! It's not a fancy dish, but as always, it's a warm everyday home-cooked meal we eat at our nest after work! I only changed one thing in the process, but it was a new meal of joy and happiness🩶 It's pouring rain.
