#PeachProsciuttoSandwich I remembered the peach prosciutto I made with mini toast last time, so I made it into a sandwich😊 The dressing made with Dijon mustard was salty and went well together. A lot of ricotta cheese here. The taste of balsamic and ripe yellow peaches was so good!🧡 As I ate, I felt like there wasn't enough peach, so I added a little more with each bite.
