Ryu Soo-young’s lifelong recipe)🫶🏻 📌 Ingredients 1kg chicken for stir-fried chicken, 1 bunch of green onions, 1 onion, 3 potatoes, 100g of noodles, 3 pinches of salt, 1 handful of Vietnamese chili peppers (peperoncino or regular dried chili peppers are possible), 8T of soy sauce, 2T of jjajang powder, 2T of oyster sauce, 3T of sugar, 1T of minced garlic, 1/2T of minced ginger, 900ml of water, 1T of vinegar, 20 turns of pepper, 1T of red pepper powder 📌 Preparation 1. Soak the noodles in lukewarm water. (100g of noodles is the size of a baton used in relay races!) 2. Wash the chicken thoroughly, cut it open, and soak it in water. 3. Slice the onion, cut the potato into 1cm thick slices, and chop the green onion into thin strips. 📌 Recipe 1.
