Gapyeong, where my in-laws live, suffered great damage from the recent heavy rain. Fortunately, the house itself is safe, but the main road is blocked, making it difficult for vehicles to enter and exit, the repeater has collapsed, communication is cut off, and the power lines have been cut off, so even electricity is not available. As a result, my in-laws are having a hard time living at home, so they are currently staying at a friend's house.
