How to Maximize Space with a Partition Wall!! (👗and 🛏️) This is our bedroom just four months ago 🛏️ It was a newly built 66-square-foot (20-pyeong) apartment, and the master bedroom was quite spacious! From 2015 to 2020, when our two children were young, we only had a family bed (Q+SS). But as our first and second children grew, we had to create their own rooms! However, space was limited and cramped, so we had to convert the room that had been our dressing room into our second child's room, and move all the clothes from the dressing room into the master bedroom! First, I placed the system hangers in a suitable location (considering whether the existing closet door would open). To hide the messy clothes, I built a partition wall right in front of the room. This was a godsend! ✨ Since I've been living without a bed frame and just the mattress, it kind of acts as a headboard, doesn't it? ☺️ With the clear separation of space, I feel cozy even when I sleep. Also, I felt the dressing room behind the partition wall was a bit dark, so I installed a wireless sensor light (rechargeable). The sensor light automatically turns on when I take out my clothes, which is also convenient. Separating the master bedroom with a partition wall is a satisfying way to create a dressing room/bedroom. It also makes it easier to style the bedroom with bedding!
