It's a house I've grown fond of, but I'm almost crying. Sob . . Taiwan has a few differences in housing styles from Korea. First of all, you have to buy a separate parking lot when you buy a house. Rich people buy 4-5 at a time. There are many places that cost more than 100 million won per unit. The housing prices here are also incredible. Anyway, at least you have your own parking lot, so it's very different from the parking lot scenery in Korea... Next, the first floor lobby is often considered a symbol of the apartment and is very important. I could see something of the Chinese people here. The outside looks simple, but once you go inside, you can think of it as a hotel. You can only see the garden when you enter the apartment. They also run a brunch cafe inside the apartment. Once a month, they provide a certain amount of points for free, so when guests come, they treat them here, and they often have family gatherings here. I'm posting this because there's a challenge.
