๐Ÿš Lunch with summer flavors | Acorns and eggplant Do you have a menu that comes to mind when you think of summer?! Since I was little, my dad used to pick a lot of acorns and eggplants from the field every summer, so I like them so much that I can't even eat them all summer long! :) Usually, acorns are cut into half-moon shapes and eaten as a side dish, and many people also steam eggplants and eat them as a side dish, but I've rarely seen anyone eat them like we do! ๐Ÿ“ Acorn Salad Recipe 1. Peel the acorns and cut them into 1-2cm thick strips. 2. Marinate in salt for about 10 minutes, then rinse in water and squeeze out the water. 3. Add gochujang, minced garlic, and finely chopped peppers and mix. 4. Taste and adjust with salt or MSG if necessary! ๐Ÿ“ Grilled Eggplant Recipe 1. Cut the eggplants in half or quarters depending on their thickness, and in half or thirds depending on their length. 2. Sprinkle salt on the eggplants and leave them for a while, then wipe off the moisture with kitchen towel. 3. Put the eggplants in an oiled pan and grill them on both sides. 4. When the eggplants are moist and cooked, take them out. 5.
