Yo-yo that makes countless hours, money, and efforts seem meaningless... (Sigh... ใ…ฃ...) I've been on a mild diet since April 2025 for my health, but in May, I suffered from severe urinary stones for the third time in my life (hospitalized after 3 emergency runs) and was diagnosed with pre-diabetes. I was also diagnosed with pre-hypertension, and my weight was naturally at its highest level every day. I had severe migraines and symptoms of all kinds of adult diseases. Eventually, my health really went red, and the doctor said that urinary stones, which I thought were 100% genetic, can be prevented by improving my diet and managing my weight. First, I stopped eating things that were bad for my body (flour, sugar, white rice, instant foods, snacks, fast-food delivery, etc.). There were some that were cut off due to red lights, but first, I stopped eating flour foods, especially ramen, because of the strong smell in just one day, and since then, I have come to hate foods that are bad for my body rather than just tolerate them. No matter how secret or secret, even if you eat a lot quickly, it is really hard to succeed in a diet (true success is maintaining it after success) without your own big trigger, motivation, and will. Now, I want to tell people who are worried about their weight and those who keep failing to just leave it as it is. As someone who has tried countless times and has always experienced bigger failures and is now on the path of improving eating habits for life, trying for beauty? It won't last long. Losing weight quickly? If you don't change your eating habits for life, this will soon be a yo-yo. As a yo-yo expert, of course, it could be because you have the obesity gene, but I think that without a shock that breaks the back of your head, or something like that, it is difficult to change and maintain it for life without a lot of will. Just like professional athletes gain weight when they retire... If you don't maintain it for the rest of your life, yo-yo is always like Satan lurking next to you... The saying that you get sick if you hold it in is very applicable to dieting. Especially when it comes to things related to appetite, the probability of it exploding is even higher. It's a time bomb... If you hold it in, you get sick, and if you hate it, you get cured. To hate things that are bad for your body, you need a special trigger like a health warning sign or a special trigger that makes you hate it. In 4 months, my body fat and weight each decreased by -8kg, but not in a hurry, and I'm losing about -2kg per month. My muscle mass is still maintained. Just like the saying that you are what you eat, the diets in the pictures above have improved my bones, flesh, blood, and hormones, and all my bad symptoms (migraines, orthostatic hypotension, skin trouble, diarrhea, etc.) have magically disappeared, and my skin has gotten much better, my eyebrows and eyelashes have become thicker, and my hair has become thicker too. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป And since the goal isn't to lose weight in a short period of time, I also enjoy the taste. These days, the world has become so good that there are many sauce products and carbohydrate-related products that you can enjoy while maintaining your health.
