Light meal, rice-free tofu fried rice I've been seeing a lot of diet recipes using tofu lately, so I tried it. 🥘 Rice-free tofu fried rice Tofu, tuna, egg, seaweed + a little rice or oatmeal Usually, it's made by mixing rice, but I used oatmeal because I had it. 1. Mash the tofu in a pan to dry it out (Add some cold vegetables if you have them. I used a little cabbage!) 2. Once the moisture has dried out, add a little oil and season to taste and stir-fry (You can use soy sauce, oyster sauce, etc., anything is fine. I mixed some leftover cream pasta sauce with that) 3. Put the tofu stir-fry in a bowl and scramble it 4. Put the scrambled eggs next to the tofu and top with the drained tuna 5. Cut the seaweed and put it on top, and you're done!
